SDTF Board Nomination Deadline June 12, 2008
The Sustainable Development Task Force is accepting nominations for its Board of Directors that will consist of seven members. Nominees should have an interest in and dedication to sustainable development in Snohomish County, as well as a familiarity with the County.
- be willing and able to dedicate at least ten hours per month towards task force business for t two years.
- be willing and able to dedicate at least ten hours per month towards task force business for t two years.
- are expected to attend at least ten out of twelve monthly Steering Committee, Board, and (at least one of the five) TAG meetings during that period.

Sustainable Development Task Force Picnic
Saturday June 28th
Come to our picnic to get re-aquainted with us and learn about what we are up to.
We have a lot of exciting upcoming events on:
- The benefits of green building
- How to build green
- How to permit green projects,
- How to sell and finance green projects
Our events and projects need advocates to help them succeed. In short, community needs your help. Come talk to us to see where you can provide your expertise.
We are in the midst of many changes that we want to include you in as well. We recently received status as an IRS tax exempt organization, we are electing a new Board of Directors in July, revamping our website, and working on new funding sources for the 2009-2010 budget year. As part of our growth, we want to hear what you have to say about the SDTF.
